How To Reserve

1. Login to your account.
2. Set the arrival and departure dates for your stay. The departure date is the day that you intend to leave the site. i.e You arrive on Friday the 3rd and you plan on leaving Sunday the 5th. So you will stay Friday night and Saturday night and leave on Sunday.
3. Choose your site. The map will highlight in green all the sites available for your dates. To narrow down the sites, use the Amenities check boxes at the bottom. i.e. To show Full Hook-up sites check the Sewer box. Or you can use the Site Type option. All site types that have ‘Premium’ in their names are restricted to 14 day max stays. Once you choose your site, it will be held for you for up to 15 minutes. If you receive a message saying that your site is no longer available after you selected it, click the Continue button anyway as this is probably just an error.
4. Enter Equipment Type. You must enter your license plate number for the equipment you choose (or boat number if you choose boat).
5. Click Continue to move on to Step 2.

Reservation Step 2:

1. Name and Email. If you are logged in, your name and email will already be filled in. If you do not have an account, fill out these fields. You will also notice a timer on the left that shows how long you have to complete your reservation.
2. Vehicles. Add all vehicles that will be using your site. Remember that only two vehicles and what they tow are allowed in your site. These can be filled out ahead of time in your account as well.
3. How did you hear about us? This field is not required.
4. Click Continue to move on to Step 3.

Reservation Step 3:

1. Billing Address. If you are logged in, your billing address will already be filled in. If you do not have an account, fill out these fields.
2. Phone Number. If you are logged in, your phone number will already be filled in. If you do not have an account, fill out this field.
3. Payment Info. Enter your credit or debit card information.
4. Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Read our terms of service and privacy policies so you know what you are agreeing to when you complete your checkout.
5. Agree and Make Reservation. Click this button and wait until you see the confirmation screen. You will receive a confirmation code on this screen.
6. You’re all done!
